Gerard Hill says:

After twenty five years of successful teaching including fifteen years of senior management in large schools, I have considerable understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and managers in education. When I worked in schools I often wished that I had more time to reflect on policy, to research educational issues, or plan a major change. Time is the most valuable asset schools have and time is worth money. You have the opportunity to save both by letting me carrying out tasks for you.

I have extensive experience in education management gained in large secondary schools; it includes setting up mentoring schemes, for which I gained national recognition, school self evaluation, lesson observation and preparing for OFSTED inspection.  I have drafted a school Self Evaluation Form.  In addition I have worked as an examiner at GCSE and AS level. My expertise includes management of educational visits, health and safety.

Judith Hill says:

I have been a Head of History for twenty one years. I am experienced in all aspects of running a department and have wide experience in preparing pupils for GCSE Examinations. I am an assistant examiner in the subject for one of the main boards in the UK. I also have experience of teaching pupils with specific learning difficulties.

If you think we might be able to help you, please make contact and we will arrange a meeting. CVs, references and CRB checks available.

Alan Tarpey says:

After twenty one years of teaching including positions as Head of Year and Head of ICT, I accepted the role of a Local Authority Adviser.

My role in the largest unitary authority in England, was to lead a large team of ICT consultants and technical staff in supporting 500+ schools across all phases.  I was responsible for an ICT Training Facility, worked on commissions for the European Union, QCA and DfES.

I have a clear understanding of the Secondary Strategy and of LEA Secondary Strategy implementation.
